Stephen Adili

Adili has a unique ability to manage change and influence teams to accomplish tasks. He has worked in branch operation where he participated in transforming operation models, improving processes and operating procedures. He also worked in finance department as a financial analyst and pioneered the responsibility of finance in new core banking system change. As a young manager, managing reconciliation and cash management for NMB bank he introduced automation of reconciliation and improved procedure to enhance controls and simplify work.

He furthered his career to sales as Senior Manager, Retail liabilities, Insurance Service and VAS where he changed and transformed sales culture in the banks. As a Senior manager and later Head of Department responsible for products; he was able to revamp products to enhance sales and products profitability. Adili is now serving at CRDB Bank Plc as Head of Consumer banking with responsibilities for deposit mobilization, loan portfolio growth, digital channels, diaspora banking and premier banking
