Shergeran Roberto Naidoo

Shergeran has served in a number of capacities at BankservAfrica – from Compliance and Risk to Legal and Governance and now Head of Stakeholder Engagement. After starting off as a practicing attorney in Pietermaritzburg, Shergeran relocated to Johannesburg where he joined Nedbank, working in Private Banking and Private Clients, as well as Corporate Finance.

He later joined Standard Bank as the Corporate Governance Manager and joined BankservAfrica in 2008. Holding a BA (LLB) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Shergeran was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2000 and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg. Shergeran attained a Masters degree in Business Administration from UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership in 2013. He is passionate about self-development and serving as a mentor. His favourite role is as a father and husband.
