Richie is currently the Group Head of Customer Experience Design – Equity Group, developing and executing the Customer Experience Strategy across the group’s subsidiaries including 6 countries and multiple operating licenses.

Richie has designed the group’s CX Design framework which guides the organization’s efforts to design and build relevant and useful products for its 21 million+ customers.

With experience across the entire CX spectrum in the Financial Services industry, Richie has been involved in multiple Customer-centered projects with a focus on Innovation and Digital Transformation.

Richie is currently charged with the responsibility of supporting the Group’s ambitious strategy dubbed “The Africa Growth and Resiliency Plan” which is driven by expansion of opportunities in the real economy of manufacturing, value addition, increased output in trade and investment, increased SME formalization and capacitation, promotion of use of technology, innovation and clean energy while conserving and protecting the environment.

Richie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in Marketing from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia.

He is a certified Design Strategist, Customer Journey Architect and Business Process Engineer.
