Michela Chirrime

Michela Chirrime obtained a degree in Computer Engineering in Mozambique. She initially pursued a career in server management, where her exceptional performance led to an invitation to establish the Bank’s data governance department. As the current head of data governance, Michela is responsible for guiding the creation of policies and best practices. Her expertise in data management has been crucial in ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, enabling the organization to leverage data effectively for better decision-making and visualization.
