Manuel Rodrigues graduated from China with a degree in Computer Science and Technology. He has practical experience in the mining industry, where he applied his knowledge in People Analytics. Manuel later joined Moza Banco to tackle challenges in planning and budgeting. He participated in and spearheaded the creation of a management information system that serves as a single source of truth, enabling the development of Business Intelligence visualizations. With his expertise, Manuel has been instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making within the organization.
