I’ve always been incredibly curious. I have a passion for data and people. Data is an indispensable commodity that offers facts, yet you can tell a story with it. When you give people information that they didn’t have, it changes how they engage with each other and the world. I want to help our organization leverage data and insights to scale up the bank, optimize operational efficiency where it matters and seek to understand our clients’ needs to help their businesses prosper.

I am constantly learning, and I’m also dedicated to doing things that excite me. If I’m doing something I don’t love, I must adapt. It gives me great joy to see my team win because winning means surrounding oneself with people that have diverse personalities, cultures and backgrounds as that’s when innovation happens which yields true success.
