Peter Daniels

Peter Daniels is a distinguished digital and enterprise Agile transformation leader with over 18 years of experience pioneering digital banking and ecosystem platforms in Nigeria and across Africa.
Before his current role as Head of the Digital Innovation Factory at First Bank Group, he was part of the founding leadership team that built ALAT by Wema Bank—Africa’s first fully digital bank. He later led the creation of VULTe by Polaris Bank as Group Head, Digital Banking and Platforms.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, and a Master of Business Management from the University of Essex, United Kingdom. An Enterprise Agile Coach with over nine certifications, he has further honed his expertise through executive programs at Harvard Business School, London Business School, and Anglia Ruskin University.
A Harvard Business Review Advisory Council member, Peter is known for inspiring organizations to reimagine possibility, embrace agility, and build transformative digital experiences for the future.
